The Minister of State, assisted by five Government
Advisors – Ministers, has been given the high mission by the Constitution to administer the country. In this capacity, he manages executive services.
The Minister of State and the Government Advisors – Ministers are appointed by H.S.H.
Each of the five ministerial departments that delimit an administrative sector is linked to a Government Advisor – Minister. They are subdivided into directorates and services.
The directorates and services are under the direct authority of the Minister of State.
